Our Story

Chef Debjeet Majumdar, an Alumnus of I.H.M (Kolkata) is a well-known Hospitality Consultant and Chef trainer.
His Chef journey started with leading his College team in All India Student Competition and was also awarded with Everest Culinary award in Final year.

After a short stint with Oberoi Hotels and Hyatt, Chef Debjeet started his own Outdoor Catering venture ‘Hindusthan Cuisine’ with Rajdeep Banerjee and now it is a renowned Outdoor Catering Service in Bengal with more than 2500 events under their belt.
Chef Debjeet simultaneously worked in Academics for more than a decade in the capacity of Chef Trainer and Head of the Departments in various renowned Hospitality Institutes affiliated to Domestic and International Universities. He has trained more than 10,000 students who are well placed in Hospitality and Tourism Sectors.

Since 2006, Chef Debjeet is consulting Hotels and Restaurants in the capacity of Freelance Trainer, Technical Consultant, Operational Auditor and Mentor.

Chef Debjeet is also nominated as ‘Subject Expert’ for the Tourism and Hospitality Sector by Department of Technical Education, Government of West Bengal. He is the mentor for many Skill Development and Hospitality Institutes.

He is also a regular columnist in leading dailies and magazines.

Chef Debjeet is a qualified FSSAI trainer and experienced auditor for various Certificate Firms.

Passion4Hoispitality is the brainchild of Chef Debjeet Majumdar and Rajdeep Banerjee which came into existence in the year 2015 to help Hospitality Sector and Food & Gourmet Companies to get single window expertise solutions.

Under the able leadership of Rajdeep and Chef Debjeet, Passion4Hospitality is a name to reckon in Eastern and North Eastern India today.

Rajdeep Banerjee, an Alumnus of I.H.M (Kolkata) is a well-known Hospitality Marketing Consultant and Food & Beverage service trainer.

After completing his Degree in Hotel Management and Merketing Management, he had a stint with HHI. In the year 2003, Rajdeep started his own Outdoor Catering venture ‘Hindusthan Cuisine’ with Chef Debjeet Majumdar and now it is a renowned Outdoor Catering Service in Bengal with more than 2500 events under their belt.

Rajdeep simultaneously worked in Academics in the capacity of Food & Beverage Trainer in renowned Hospitality Institutes. He was also associated with various Corporates in the capacity of Sales & Marketing Consultant and Customer Service & Retention advisor.

He is also having a vast knowledge in Tourism Industry and was also associated with major travel Companies viz MakeMyTrip , Prime Trip Tours and Travels etc for a long stint. Currently he is the Director of Touropedia Travels.

Since 2006, Rajdeep is consulting Hotels and Corporates in the capacity of Freelance Trainer, Technical Consultant, Operational Auditor and Mentor.
